THE STORY BEHIND MORNINGS
I love mornings, walking the streets as the world is waking up. The air full of freshness and possibility. This particular morning I woke up at 3:30 to attend the 4:00am Newari puja at the Golden temple. On the way back home, I was lagging behind taking photos when I turned around to see this wonderful scene of movement and shadows. I thought the cyclist was coming towards me but he was going away. There are teachings that contemplate the concept of coming and going. In an absolute sense, we examine the way we perceive ourselves, to be either coming or going only in reference to a relative starting point.
