THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “LIMITED EDITION” AND “OPEN PRINTS”
Limited Edition prints are only available in a limited quantity, the quantity available goes down as the size goes up. Make sense?
Every limited edition artwork comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity including a hologram sticker that is matched by both a unique number on both the sticker and the certificate. Once a particular edition is sold out there will be no more available. That’s what makes these Limited Editions berry special, a truly unique piece of artwork. Prices for any given limited edition print may rise as the availability decreases especially the larger sizes therefore it pays to be among the first buyers.
Open Edition prints have no limit in their print run and therefore do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity and a number. Open Edition prints therefore cost less than Limited Editions. Otherwise, open edition prints are identical in appearance and quality to limited edition prints.
DO YOU SELL BIGGER SIZES THAN THOSE OFFERED IN THE STORE?
All Open Edition prints are available in any custom size. Please send an email to hello@emilypolarshop.com to inquire for prices. All Limited Edition prints come only in the sizes provided on the website. However, for each Limited Edition artwork there are two so called “Artist Prints” available per image. These can be printed in any size larger than what is offered. Price and size upon request.
CAN I ORDER A PRINT THAT IS NOT IN STORE OR ORDER A CUSTOM MADE SIZE?
We would love to consider that. Please send an email to here with your image of preference and your desired sizing.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING AND ALTERNATIVE MOUNTING SURFACES?
We can! If you prefer a custom mat frame OR alternative mounting, we can send a list of options. Some of my favorite surfaces such as aluminum, dibond and acrylic are available. These mounts and customs frames however do not ship for free. Send an email to, you guess it, hello@emilypolarshop.com

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PRINT?
After ordering your print it will be dispatched from the UK within 2-3 working days. After that the shipping providers we work with have the following estimated delivery times.
Netherlands: 2-4 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
Rest of the world: Up to 10 working days
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to any destination around the globe! This counts for printed and framed work under the A4-A1 sizing. Anything with custom framing and printing surfaces/methods will have additional charges.
RETURN POLICY
All artworks are made to order and therefore non-refundable. If you would like to amend your order after finalizing the payment, please send a note here.
If you print has arrived damaged and you can show it was damaged in transit (before arrival) We will of course replace it for you.
